Arrivals & Check In.

Check in is any time after 9:00 AM on the day of arrival. Necessary information to access to the security gate will be issued upon receipt of rental payment. The Cottage will be unlocked and keys will be placed on the kitchen table.  Credit card information will be required and retained for incidental charges.

 

Departures & Check-out

 

Check out is 3:00 PM. Please leave keys on the kitchen table.

 

Cleaning

 

Each reservation will be charged $100 cleaning fee. Any damage or excessive cleaning costs will be charged to your credit card.

 

Furnishings & Supplies

 

Beds are left unmade, but the clean sheets & pillowcases will be laid out on each bed to ensure guests have fresh linens for their stay. Towels & washcloths will be in the bathrooms. We  supply an initial supply of paper products & bath soaps.

 

Pets

 

Up to 2 (housebroken) pets are welcome but we ask that they not be allowed on the beds or furniture.

No Groups or Parties

 

We do love our guests, but the Cottage does have a few neighbors including us at the Vineyard residence.  We ask that you please do not use the Cottage for parties and keep noise to a residential level.

 

Trash

 

Trashcans are located outside in the patio area. A trash compactor is supplied for optional usage. Trash compactor bags are supplied.
