Set amid acres of Barbera grapevines and fruit trees, this 2-story guesthouse offers plenty of privacy. There are three bedrooms, each with ceiling fans and in-room satellite television. The two upstairs bedrooms have wonderful sunrise and sunset views; the downstairs bedroom is shaded for cozy naps and sleeping in.

The recently remodeled kitchen boasts all new major appliances and is fully stocked with cooking utensils and small appliances. The cottage is comfortable year-round with forced air heating and air conditioning.

A delightful surprise is the small estate wine cellar that is tucked away in the adjacent hillside. Just off the outdoor patio, this "cave" is home to various vintages of Partridge-Leigh wine. On the hilltop above the cave are fruit trees, herbs and vegetables which guests are welcome to enjoy when in season.
