John and Barbara Partridge welcome adult guests to enjoy their hilltop retreat, the Artist's Cottage of Partridge-Leigh Vineyards. The Cottage is situated among fruit trees, Barbera grape vines and a hidden wine cave. Much of the Cottage has been recently refurbished to create a delightful hideaway.
The kitchen features new appliances including a dishwasher, electric stove, microwave oven, trash compactor and refrigerator. The cupboards are stocked with all the necessary cooking utensils, dishes, coffee maker and other small appliances.
A new upstairs game room is equipped with X-Box from Microsoft. Each of the three bedrooms has either a king or queen sized bed with top-of-the-line mattresses. All rooms have satellite television with DVD & VHS capabilities.
The downstairs patio overlooks the vineyard and features an outdoor barbeque. Beautiful sunsets and sunrises can be enjoyed from the upstairs deck.
For safety, the property has its own driveway entrance secured by an electric gate that requires a password entry.
